Because many Layer & Luxe artworks are handmade or made to order, returns and exchanges for change of mind are generally not offered.

Please review product dimensions, colours, lead times and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM ARTWORK

Made-to-order and custom artworks are created specifically following an order or approved brief. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once materials have been purchased or creation has commenced.

Any agreed changes may affect the final price and completion timeframe.

HANDMADE VARIATION

Every Layer & Luxe artwork is created by hand. Natural variations in texture, movement, placement and fine detail are part of the handmade process and mean that no two pieces will be completely identical.

Made-to-order works will retain the overall character, palette and direction of the design shown unless another direction has been agreed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your artwork arrives damaged or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact Layer & Luxe as soon as practical and include photographs of the artwork and packaging where relevant so the issue can be assessed.
