Layer & Luxe offers complimentary collection, personal Perth metro delivery and Australia-wide courier delivery. Delivery options available to you will depend on your location and the size of the artwork.
PERTH COLLECTION
COMPLIMENTARY
Collection is available at no additional charge once your artwork is complete and ready.
Layer & Luxe will contact you directly to arrange a suitable collection day, time and location.
PERTH METRO DELIVERY
$65
Layer & Luxe offers personal delivery across selected Perth metro postcodes for a flat $65 fee. If your address is within our local delivery area, this option will appear at checkout.
Once your artwork is complete, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day and time.
PERTH COLLECTION
AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY
Courier delivery is available across Australia for eligible artworks. Where available, the delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the artwork size and delivery destination.
Courier transit time is separate from the artwork creation timeframe.
OVERSIZED & SPECIAL DELIVERY
Some oversized, highly textured or unusually sized artworks may require specialist freight and may not be eligible for an automatic courier rate at checkout.
Where this applies, please contact Layer & Luxe and we will assist with an appropriate delivery option and quote.
AVAILABLE NOW
Artwork listed as Available Now is already completed and will generally be ready for collection or delivery within approximately 2–5 business days.
Made-to-Order Timeframes
Most Layer & Luxe artwork is handmade to order in Perth.
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for standard made-to-order pieces before collection or dispatch. Larger, highly textured or more detailed artworks may require approximately 6–8 weeks.
Your estimated completion timeframe will be confirmed after your order is received.
CUSTOM SIZES
CUSTOM & OVERSIZED ARTWORK
Looking for a different size? Many Layer & Luxe designs can be created in custom dimensions.
Custom sizes and particularly large artworks may require an individual quotation for both the artwork and delivery. Please enquire before ordering a custom size so we can confirm suitability, pricing and delivery arrangements.
RECEIVING YOUR ARTWORK
Please check your artwork at the time of collection or delivery.
If your artwork arrives through a courier and there is visible damage to the outer packaging, photograph the package before opening it and contact Layer & Luxe as soon as possible.
