HANDMADE ARTWORK

Layer & Luxe artwork is handmade. Natural variations in texture, composition and fine detail are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects where the piece remains consistent with the agreed overall design direction.

MADE-TO-ORDER ARTWORK

Made-to-order artworks are created after an order is placed. Creation timeframes shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on size, complexity, materials and workload.

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Custom commissions are developed according to an agreed brief. Final dimensions, palette, scope, price and estimated timeframe will be confirmed before work proceeds.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices shown on the website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Orders must be paid using the payment options available at checkout.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Delivery and collection are subject to the options and conditions described on the Layer & Luxe Delivery & Collection page.

RETURNS

Returns, damaged orders and related matters are handled in accordance with the Layer & Luxe Returns & Refunds policy and applicable Australian consumer law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, artwork designs, photography, website content and other original Layer & Luxe material remain the intellectual property of Layer & Luxe and must not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
